Do Dham Yatra By Helicopter

• Only 3 Kg baggage per passenger is permitted inside the helicopter — big suitcases are not advised as cabin space is very limited. Duffle bags are provided by our staff during briefing.
• AADHAR card copies to be shared by all Indian passengers; passport in case of foreign nationals.
• Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
• Network connectivity at Badrinath is very poor — BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work mostly, but not always. Our staff will be with passengers for assistance at all times.
• Carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution — available locally at medical shops.
• Day temperatures are normal but nights get cold — carry woollen clothes.
• Carry your own medication.
• We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other unforeseen circumstances — pilgrims are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance. All baggage and personal belongings remain solely the client's responsibility.
• Children above 2 years are considered full ticket. Infants below 2 yrs / 12 Kg are carried free of charge — ID proof (birth certificate) may be checked for age verification.

• Passengers must provide their accurate weight at the time of booking. If any weight discrepancy exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the heli-tour cancelled for them without any refund.
• Weighing at the time of boarding is mandatory — the pilot will not allow boarding if it exceeds the weight conveyed at booking. We reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage weight for safe flying in the hills.
• Overweight charges are fixed at INR 1,500 per kilogram (per seat basis only), applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg. This amount will be collected at the hotel before the flight boarding day, or at the helipad before boarding.
• If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, shared among all passengers in that helicopter.

• This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers must adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day — failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
• The company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground; guests are advised to get a fitness certificate from a doctor before travelling to the high-altitude sector.
• The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person it considers unfit for travel, or whom it considers may constitute a risk to the helicopter or persons on board — no refund shall be given to such passenger(s).

Rescheduling: Subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost, permitted only if applied 15 days before the journey date. If requested with less than 15 days to the journey, the booking is treated as cancelled and a fresh booking given subject to availability.

Payment: Deposit 50% of the tour cost to process the booking; balance to be paid 15 days before departure. Passengers are only allowed to board / initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment.

Helicopter flying in hilly terrain is affected by unpredictable factors — adverse weather, delayed Air Traffic clearances/permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), technical issues, illness of flying crew, or delayed reporting at helipads, among others. We advise keeping one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over and above the 3N/4D period, in case of bad weather leading to extension of the tour.

If stuck in bad weather on any particular day, we will still try to finish the darshan the next day. If we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather, we will refund only the flying-time cost — approximately INR 20,000 per Dham per seat. If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then 5% service charge + utilized services (like hotel stay and transportation) will be applicable.

No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses will be provided in the event of flight cancellation. Additional night halt charges are payable by passengers to hotels on a direct payment basis when stuck for additional nights due to bad weather / force majeure reasons.

If a group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire and come down before their scheduled return date, we will arrange the return vehicle by road — but the cost shall be borne by the guest on a direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

• The carriage is subject to Services regulations relating to Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and its Notifications, as amended from time to time.
• Passengers must strictly follow COVID protocols in accordance with prevailing government mandates — non-compliance may result in denial of boarding, without refund.
• Any disputes related to legality, interpretation, application or performance of the service or its terms shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
• Bookings are taken considering there is an acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
